Excursiopedia is turning into a brand new platform
We are glad to inform you that at the moment we are working on improving
and redeveloping Excursiopedia platform.
Unfortunately it requires all our resources focused on new product and means that we stop updating and maintaining our current platform as well as we stop accepting any new bookings or content on Excursiopedia.com.

What’s going to happen to my current booking?
All the current bookings will be processed as usual.
• If the provider has already accepted your booking.The tour will take place in accordance with all terms and conditions outlined on our website. All you need to do is print the voucher and hand it over to the guide after the tour. We guarantee that the payment will be sent to the provider after the tour.
• Your booking is still waiting to be accepted.The guide still has an opportunity to accept or decline the booking within 3 days after a request is placed.
Will I have access to my account?
Both providers and customers will have access to their accounts on the site for the next 3 months.
How can I contact the guide?
You are welcome to contact the provider via the “send message” option on the booking description page on your dashboard.
How can I check my booking history?
You can access your booking history via dashboard for the next 3 months.

Will I remain in the Excursiopedia tour guide database?
We will save your contacts and will be happy to invite you to join our new project as soon as we open tours in your location. Further details will follow.
What should I do with my current bookings?
All of your current confirmed bookings will be processed as usual.
How can current clients contact me?
Your current clients can still contact you via your excursiopedia.com account until May 25, 2016. If you have bookings past this date, please contact us at help@excursiopedia.com
How long will I have access to my account for?
You will have access to your account and all bookings for next 3 months. Information about your sales history and published offers will be available during this period of time.
When will I receive my payment?
You will receive payment for tours no later than 14 days after a tour is completed. Please note that you need to enter a confirmation code in your account in order to receive the payment.
How can I access my accounting records?
If you need access to accounting records for completed orders, please let us know prior to May 25, 2016 via help@excursiopedia.com

Can I continue using Excursiopedia partner tools (widgets, API, banners)?
We stopped accepting/processing new bookings and restricted access to all website content on February 25, 2016. This means you cannot use our partner tools (widgets, banners or API) or link to www.excursiopedia.com on your web sites.
How long will I have access to the partner dashboard for?
Access to the partner dashboard will be available until May 25, 2016. Until then, you can request money on your balance if your balance is over 10 euros or export statistic reports.
I have less than 50 euros on my balance. Can I receive payment?
We reduced the payout limit to 10 euros. If your balance is less than 10 euros the funds will be saved on your account and will be processed after the relaunch of Excursiopedia.

We are sorry for possible inconveniences, but we believe that this is the only way to make something that really will help you to get the best experience for your next trip.
